Terms of Use
These terms apply to Lotus Mahjong Solitaire ("the game") made by TECHIEBUTLER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, or use cheats or tools that interfere with it.
Purchases and virtual items
- Coins, boosters and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold.
- No Ads is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels on your account; restore it on another device with Restore purchases. It is not a subscription.
- Booster packs and gifts are used up as you play.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their policies.
Ads
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game. We try to keep your progress safe, but we cannot promise the game will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
